Homestay and Venture Breaks was incorporated in 2013 and is owned and run by Jennie Parsons and Sue Prescott

 

Jennie has over 30 years experience in placing visitors in Homestay accommodation and organising language holidays for inbound groups. She is also a qualified counsellor; her extensive skills and experience support her relationships with our customers, hosts and visitors. 

 

Sue has over 40 years experience in education, training, management and business development in a variety of sectors.  She has developed expertise in supporting neurodivergence, literacy and English as a second language. 

 

Being local to Weymouth and engaged in community development, we have an established reputation among our Homestay Hosts, local service providers, community agencies and a good network of other varied contacts in the area. In this context we can ensure that our visitors get the accommodation of their choice with interesting and engaging lessons and a variety of social, sporting and cultural activities all with the best possible service. Integral to our approach is our ethos of equality, diversity and inclusivity.
